Focus with Form Physiotherapy is a growing private practice in Mackay, committed to helping people move well, feel confident, and achieve their goals through high-quality, personalised care.

An opportunity is available for a Physiotherapist to join the team on either a full-time or part-time basis. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a new graduate looking for a supportive environment to start your career, you’ll be welcomed into a collaborative practice that values learning, professional growth, and patient-centred care.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across a diverse caseload, including Sports & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Women’s Health, Paediatrics, and NDIS/Home Care services, while being supported by a team that prioritises both clinical excellence and wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy.

  • Current AHPRA registration (or eligibility for registration for new graduates).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Passion for delivering high-quality, personalised care.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
